H 1.4m) reduced to a scarp in places and an external fosse (Wth 2.2m; ext. D 0.8m) best preserved from W through N to E. A gap (Wth 2.2m) in the bank at WSW is of possible modern date, with a possible entrance gap (Wth 1.5m) at the E.
