Situated on a gentle WSW-facing slope of a hill, in pasture, with good views to SE, SW and N. Ringfort (WM023-061----) lies c. 155m to NE. Monument described in 1971 and 1976 as a circular-shaped area (diam. 29m) enclosed by a bank visible from SSE-S-W and has been reduced to a scarp W-NW, where it is highest. The bank has been modified from NE-E-SE to form a relatively modern field bank. There is no visible evidence of an external fosse. The interior is even and featureless. Situated on the SW-facing slope of a hill, in pasture with good views to E and W. Ringfort (WM023-060----) lies c. 155m to SW. Monument described in 1971 as a large subcircular-shaped area (approx. 40m E-W; 36m N-S) enclosed by an earth and stone bank with external fosse. The bank is steep and has almost been reduced to a scarp in places. There are traces of a fosse, which is best preserved at E. A modern fence extends just outside the bank from S-SW-W and other fences intersect the bank at NNE and ESE. A slight modern bank has been made along the upper edge of the scarp from SE-S and has a modern trench inside it. The original entrance is not visible. Situated on the top of a hill (451ft/138m OD), in pasture, with panoramic views in all directions. Monument described in 1971 and 1978 as an irregular-shaped area (dims. 22.8m NE-SW; 19m NW-SE) defined by a slight scarp from NNW-N-E and at SW. Poorly preserved monument that has been quarried away at SE, S and NW.
