Depicted on the 1837 OS Fair Plan map as a circular-shaped earthwork. Monument described in 1973 as a roughly circular-shaped platform (diam. 35m) defined by an irregular bank which is low and is almost reduced to a scarp. The interior is relatively level with the outline of two possible house sites (WM031-074001-). A low bank projects from the bank at S and joins the end of one of the house sites. Monument described in 1973 as an irregular oval-shaped mound of earth and stone. The W portion and the top have been quarried away. There is no trace of an enclosing fosse. This may represent the remains of a disturbed barrow. According to local information, a burial was found here when quarrying for sand in 1969. Monument described in 1973 as a roughly circular-shaped area (diam. 25m) enclosed by a low bank. A field boundary to SW and NW cut the edge of the bank. The interior is relatively level with by the remains of a house site (WM031-091001-). Monument is visible today as a tree-planted earthwork on Digital Globe aerial photography.
