The grass-covered remains of an undivided nave and chancel church (ext. dims. 21m E-W; 8m N-S; int. dims. 17.8m E-W; 4.8m N-S; H 0.5-1m) are within a rectangular graveyard (dims. c. 65m E-W; c. 65m N-S) that has been extended the E and N (dims c. 130m ENE-WSW; c. 95m NNW-SSE). The church has no distinguishing features but there may have been a doorway at W end of N wall where there is a break (Wth 1.5m). Limerick Castle (WX003-024----) is c. 450m to the W and earthwork (WX003-025----) is c. 100m to the WSW. Completed, 1896. Renovated, 1970, with sanctuary reordered. Reroofed, 2007-8. Replacement pitched slate roof abutting half-octagonal slate roof (east); replacement lean-to slate roofs (side aisles), crested roll moulded clay ridge tiles, cut-granite "slated" coping to gables on gabled "Cavetto" kneelers including cut-granite "slated" coping to gable to entrance (west) front on gabled "Cavetto" kneelers with Cross finial to apex, and cast-iron rainwater goods on cut-granite "Cavetto" cornices retaining cast-iron square profile downpipes. Pointed quatrefoil window openings (clerestorey), cut-granite block-and-start surrounds having chamfered reveals with hood mouldings framing fixed-pane fittings having stained glass margins centred on lattice glazing bars. Hipped slate roof on an L-shaped plan with roll moulded clay ridge tiles, paired rendered central chimney stacks having moss-covered concrete capping supporting terracotta or yellow terracotta pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on creeper- or ivy-covered eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Creeper- or ivy-covered rendered, ruled and lined walls with rusticated rendered quoins to corners. Segmental-headed central door opening approached by flight of steps, timber doorcase with pilasters supporting "Cyma Recta"- or "Cyma Reversa"-detailed cornice on consoles, and moulded rendered surround framing timber panelled door having overlight. Square-headed window openings with creeper- or ivy-covered sills, and concealed dressings framing one-over-one timber sash windows.
