Marked only on 1925 ed. of the OS 6-inch map as a 'Killeen'. John O'Donovan writing c. 1840 (O'Flanagan 1933, vol. 2, 102) records that a small church and graveyard once existed at Glenglass. It may have continued as a Catholic chapel into the Penal era (Codd 2005, 39). The church site is thought to be a slightly raised area (dims. c. 10m NW–SE; c. 6m NE–SW). St Anne's Well, now covered in, is c. 30m to the SW and the graveyard site (WX019-016----) is c. 130m to the ESE. Marked simply as a well on the 1839 and 1925 eds of the OS 6-inch map, and situated in a fold on a W-facing slope at the headwaters of a short NE-SW stream that joins the N-S Milltown stream, c. 350m to the SW. It is held locally to have been the original St. Anne's Well before the present well (WX018-011----) was established c. 1.8 km to the NNW. The well is now covered in. The church site (WX018-029001-) is c. 30m to the NE and the graveyard (WX019-016----) is c. 140m to the ESE. Situated on a low N-S ridge with a small N-S canalised stream c. 50m to the E. A rectangular feature (dims c. 35m NE-SW; c. 30m NW-SE) described as the 'site of graveyard' is depicted faintly on the 1839 edition of the OS 6-inch map. No features are visible at ground level but the outline of a rectangular enclosure (ext. dims c. 70m NW-SE; c. 60m NE-SW) is visible on iMAPs (2022) as reported first by Jean Charles Caillére. This enclosure is also visible on Map Genie (2005-2012, 2013-18) where it is defined by widely spread banks (Wth c. 10-15m). The church site (WX018-029001-) is c. 130m to the WNW and the holy welll (WX018-029002-) is c. 140m to the WNW. Replacement hipped artificial slate roof on a T-shaped plan centred on pitched artificial slate roof (south) with ridge tiles, paired red brick Running bond central chimney stacks having stringcourses below capping supporting terracotta pots, rooflights (south), and uPVC rainwater goods on roughcast slate flagged eaves. Part creeper- or ivy-covered roughcast walls bellcast over rendered plinth with rendered "bas-relief" strips to corners. Segmental-headed central door opening with cut-granite step threshold, timber doorcase with fluted pilasters supporting shallow cornice on fluted frieze, and rendered "bas-relief" surround framing timber panelled double doors having sidelights on panelled risers below overlight. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and rendered "bas-relief" surrounds framing replacement two-over-two sash windows. Interior including (ground floor): central hall retaining carved timber surrounds to door openings framing timber panelled doors; and carved timber surrounds to door openings to remainder framing timber panelled doors with timber panelled shutters to window openings.
