There is a gap in the bank (Wth 1.3m) at the NNE but no corresponding causeway. The only features in the slightly domed interior consist of rock outcrops. Poorly preserved arc of earth and stone bank along an old field boundary at the SW (L 7m; Wth 2m; H 0.5m) is all that remains. No trough was associated with the spread of burnt material but a pit had been cut into its upper layers. Two radiocarbon dates from the burnt material dated the feature to the early bronze Age.
