Ronan (1928, 50) mentions a church called Cill Buidhe ('Yellow Church') which stood on 'an ancient rath'. Not visible at ground level. The site is within a circular enclosure (diam. 30m) defined by an earth and stone bank (Wth 3m; int. H 0.5m; ext. H 0.6-2m) with external drystone facing on the S side where the bank forms part of the lane. There are no indications of an external fosse or internal features.
