  Description

  Situated on a low, rock-strewn hillock with good views in all directions. A large circular shaped area (diam. 44m N-S; 42m E-W) enclosed by an earth and stone bank with shallow external fosse with entrance gap (Wth 2.4m) at SE. The interior rises towards the centre, and is uneven due to the presence of large boulders. A rectangular shaped hut site (WM013-084001- ) is visible against the interior of the bank in the SE quadrant, and a second hut site (WM013-084002- ) is visible against the interior of the bank in the NE quadrant.   Description

  Situated on a low, rock-strewn hillock with good views in all directions. A rectangular shaped hut site (approx. dims. 2.1m NW-SE; 3.4m NE-SW) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 0.75m; H 0.1m) with an entrance gap (Wth 0.7m) at SW, has been constructed against the interior of the bank in the SE quadrant of a ringfort (WM013-084---).   Description

  Situated on a low, rock-strewn hillock with good views in all directions. A rectangular shaped hut site (approx. dims. 4m NW-SE; 3.25m NE-SW) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 2m; H 0.6m) with an entrance gap (Wth 0.95m) at SE, has been constructed against the interior of the bank in the NE quadrant of a ringfort (WM013-084---).   Description

  Situated on a gentle rise in undulating pasture land. Annotated as 'Standing Stone' on the 1838 OS Fair Plan Map but not indicated on any edition of the OS 6-inch maps.   Description

  Situated on a low rise in the corner of a field. Depicted on the 1837 ed. OS 6-inch map as a D-shaped situated in corner of field where two townland boundaries intersect. The field fence running N-S marking the boundary with Balrath East formed the E side of this enclosure, and the field fence running E-W which forms the boundary with Killynan (Pratt) townland ran along the S side of the site.
