Field inspection established that this is an eighteenth/nineteenth-century mill complex and associated bridge is 18th/19th century date with cut-stone arches. Not an antiquity. Listed in the SMR (1992) and RMP (1998) as a bridge possible based on its designation on the 1st ed. OS 6-inch map. Bridge situated on Poulaneigh River. Marked on 1st (1843) ed. as 'Old Mills Br.' though not titled on 2nd (1952-53) ed. Bridge appears to be of 18th or early 19th century date with cut-stone arches. Not an antiquity. Listed in the SMR (1992) and RMP (1998) as a mill possible based on its designation on the OS 6-inch maps. Situated on N bank of Poulaneigh River. Mill marked as 'Old Corn Mill' on 1st (1843) ed. Mill building still stands with much of its machinery still in situ, though in delapidated condition. Mill appears to be of eighteenth/nineteenth century date. The name 'Manor Mills' may suggest that earlier mills utilised this site, however the present mill is a non-antiquity. Listed in the SMR (1992) and RMP (1998) as a mill possible based on its association with a possible early bridge and mill. Situated on N bank of Poulaneigh River. Site marked as 'Tuck Mill(s)' on 1st (1843) ed. OS 6-inch map but not indicated on 2nd (1952-53) ed. No visible trace of this particular mill building above ground. The other structures in this complex are of eighteenth/early nineteenth-century date. There is no evidence to suggest this mill was ever earlier than the rest of the complex.
