Circular area (diam. 38m N-S; 35m E-W) defined by an earthen bank best preserved from S-W-WNW, elsewhere it has been reduced to a scarp and wide shallow outer fosse. No entrance feature visible. Description
On level pasture with good views in all directions. Poorly preserved levelled monument consisting of a roughly rectangular-shaped area (dim.s 44m N-S; 42m E-W) defined by a scarp with possible faint traces of a shallow external fosse which is intersected on the S side by a post-1700 field boundary running E-W. This field boundary has since been removed and is not visible on Bing Maps aerial photograph taken between 06-07 November 2011. No entrance feature visible. Description
On top of a small prominent hillock, 50m N of bogland with good views to S of Croghan Hill, Co. Offaly. Large raised circular area (diam. 50m N-S; 53m E-W) enclosed by an earthen bank mainly reduced to a scarp, a wide fosse and substantial external bank best preserved from S-W-N. There are the remains of a second fosse outside this bank. Causewayed entrance gap (Wth 2.8m) at N. A low platform (dims. 7m SSE-NNW x 7m SSW-ENE) in the W quadrant of the ringfort interior could be the remains of a possible rectangular hut site although this is not certain. Description
Detached gable-fronted single-bay single-storey former forge/smithy, built c.1830. Now out of use. Pitched natural slate roof with clay ridge tiles. Squared rubble stone walls having a square-headed carriage arch to the main elevation (east) with timber sheeted double doors. Circular carved stone above carriage arch having simple brick surround. Road-fronted, on a small lane to the south of the former main Dublin to Galway road and to the southwest of Rochfortbridge.

Description
Detached single-bay single-storey house, built c.1800, having a projecting single-bay entrance porch to the centre of the main elevation (east). Steeply pitched corrugated metal roof with cast-iron rainwater goods and no chimneystacks. Roughcast rendered finish over rubble stone construction, now partially exposed, with smooth rendered plinth to the base. North gable end largely rebuilt using modern blockwork. Square-headed window openings with plain rendered surrounds and one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed doorway to the front face of projecting porch having a timber sheeted door. Square-headed doorway to the north end of the east façade having a timber sheeted door. House set back from small rural lane at a right angle to the road alignment. House surrounded by a complex of single and two-storey outbuildings. Two-storey outbuilding to the north having pitched corrugated metal roof with raised verges to either gable end (east and west) and roughcast rendered walls with square-headed openings. Flight of cut stone steps to the west gable end gives access to a square-headed doorway with timber sheeted door at first floor/loft level. Single-storey outbuilding to the east of the house having a pitched corrugated metal roof with raised verges, whitewashed rubble stone walls and square-headed openings with timber sheeted doors. Open two-storey barn to the rear (west) having a barrel-vaulted corrugated roof over. Complex located at the end of a country lane to the south of Rochfortbridge.

Description
Detached four-bay two-storey house on L-shaped plan, built c.1815, having a projecting single-bay single-storey porch with modern conservatory over to the main elevation (south). Possibly containing the fabric of an earlier house. Hipped natural slate roof with clay ridge tiles and rendered chimneystacks. Roughcast rendered walls with square-headed window openings having mainly timber casement windows. Round-headed doorcase to projecting bay having a cut stone block-and-start surround with keystone over and a timber panelled door with plain fanlight over. Set back from road in extensive mature grounds to the southeast of Rochfortbridge. Complex of outbuildings to the east (15320020) and main entrance gates to the northeast (15320021).

Description
Complex of single and two-storey outbuildings associated with Sidebrook House (15320019), built c.1815 and c.1850. The buildings are arranged around a courtyard to the east side of the house, built c.1850, with three additional outbuildings, built c.1815, located between the courtyard and the main house. Now out of use and partially derelict. Pitched roofs with corrugated metal or natural slate. Raised verges to a number of the gable ends. Roughcast rendered finish over rubble stone construction with brick dressings to a number of the openings. Square-headed window and door openings and segmental-headed carriage arches. Set back from road in shared grounds with Sidebrook House to the southeast of Rochfortbridge.

Description
Main entrance gates serving Sidebrook House (15320019), erected c.1835, comprising a pair of roughcast rendered gate piers (on square-plan with cut stone capping over) supporting a pair of cast-iron gates. Entrance flanked to either side (northwest and southeast) by sections of rubble stone wall (on concave-plan having crenellated coping over) and terminated by roughly dressed limestone gate piers on square-plan with cut stone capstones over. Gives access to house over ditch. Located to the northeast of Sidebrook House and to the southeast of Rochfortbridge.

Field gate, erected c.1820, comprising a pair of rubble limestone gate piers (on circular-plan) supporting a pair of wrought-iron flat bar gates. Located adjacent to the northwest of the main entrance gates to Sidebrook House (15320021). Single-arched rubble stone bridge over drain to the front of gateway (northeast).
