  Detached eight-bay double-height Catholic church, designed 1906; built 1906-9; opened 1909, on a rectangular plan comprising seven-bay double-height nave opening into single-bay double-height chancel (north). Renovated, ----, with sanctuary reordered. Undergoing "restoration", 2009. Pitched slate roofs with trefoil-perforated crested terracotta ridge tiles, cut-granite chamfered coping to gables on "Cavetto"-detailed cut-granite "Bowtell" corbel kneelers with Cross finials to apexes, cut-granite chamfered coping to gable to entrance (south) front with spire-topped cut-granite belfry to apex on an octagonal plan, and cast-iron rainwater goods on cut-granite eaves on cut-granite "Cavetto" consoles retaining cast-iron hoppers and square profile downpipes. Tuck pointed snecked rubble stone walls on cut-granite chamfered cushion course on tuck pointed snecked rubble stone plinth with cut-granite buttresses including cut-granite clasping buttresses to corners (north) having cut-granite "slated" coping; tuck pointed snecked rubble stone surface finish to entrance (south) front on cut-granite chamfered cushion course on tuck pointed snecked rubble stone plinth with "pepper pot" finial-topped granite ashlar clasping buttresses to corners having cut-granite "slated" coping. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles terminating in Cross finial to apex to entrance (south) front, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Replacement rendered battered walls. Round-headed window openings with concealed dressings framing replacement six-over-six timber sash windows having fanlights. Pointed-arch opening to entrance (south) front with concealed dressings framing replacement timber boarded or tongue-and-groove timber panelled double doors having overlight. Full-height interior open into roof with central aisle between timber pews, timber boarded or tongue-and-groove timber panelled wainscoting supporting carved timber dado rail, stepped dais to sanctuary (north) with Gothic-style timber panelled altar, and exposed collared timber roof construction with wind braced rafters to timber boarded ceiling. Set in landscaped grounds shared with Saint Patrick's Catholic Church.

  Detached five-bay two-storey farmhouse with dormer attic, extant 1798, on a T-shaped plan with single-bay (two-bay deep) two-storey lower central return (west). Sold, 1806. Occupied, 1911. Vacated, 1975. Now disused. Pitched slate roof on a T-shaped plan with pitched slate roof (west), lichen-covered clay ridge tiles, remains of red brick Running bond chimney stacks, and no rainwater goods surviving on cut-granite "Cyma Recta" or "Cyma Reversa" cornice with no rainwater goods to rear (west) elevation on red brick header bond stepped eaves. Part creeper- or ivy-covered roughcast slate hung coursed rubble stone battered walls with concealed rough hewn rubble stone flush quoins to corners. Square-headed central door opening with overgrown threshold, and concealed dressings framing timber panelled door having overlight. Square-headed flanking window openings with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing remains of one-over-one timber sash windows. "Venetian Window" (first floor) with concealed dressings framing remains of timber fittings. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing two-over-two timber sash windows having part exposed sash boxes. Interior including (ground floor): central hall with remains of timber surrounds to door openings framing timber panelled doors; and remains of timber surrounds to door openings to remainder framing timber panelled doors with timber panelled shutters to window openings. Set in unkempt grounds.
