  Terraced three-bay two-storey house, c.1825. Now in use as outbuilding. One of a pair. Pitched (shared) slate roof with clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond (shared) squat chimney stack having stringcourse, and no rainwater goods on squared rubble stone eaves. Semi-coursed random rubble stone walls probably originally rendered or lime rendered with sections of red brick quoins to end. Square-headed window openings with cut-stone sills, red brick block-and-start surrounds, cut-stone lintels to ground floor, and timber lintels to first floor (now boarded-up). Square-headed door opening with timber lintel (now boarded-up). Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.

Pitched (shared) slate roof with clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond squat chimney stacks having stringcourses, section of rendered coping, and no rainwater goods on squared rubble stone eaves. Semi-coursed random rubble stone walls probably originally rendered or lime rendered. Square-headed window openings with cut-stone sills, red brick dressings, and timber lintels (now boarded-up). Square-headed door opening with red brick dressings, and timber lintel (now boarded-up). Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.

  End-of-terrace four-bay single-storey house with half-dormer attic, c.1825, originally terraced three-bay single-storey. Extended, c.1900, comprising single-bay single-storey integrated outbuilding end bay to left producing present four-bay single-storey composition. Part refenestrated. Now in use as outbuilding. Tar-covered pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, and cast-iron rainwater goods having iron brackets. Limewashed (whitewashed) random rubble stone walls. Square-headed window openings with cut-stone sills, and timber lintels (one now boarded-up with one having replacement fixed-pane timber window; square-headed window opening to half-dormer attic in camber-headed recess with rubble stone voussoirs, and remains of timber fitting). Outline of square-headed door opening now blocked-up with rendered infill. Square-headed door opening to outbuilding end bay with lintel, and tongue-and-groove timber panelled door. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.

  Description

  Attached four-bay two-storey house, c.1900, probably originally two separate two-bay two-storey houses with single-bay single-storey recessed end bay to left probably incorporating fabric of earlier house, c.1825, on site. Pitched slate roofs with clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stack having stringcourse under capping supporting terracotta pots, rendered coping, and iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves having iron brackets. Rendered, ruled and lined wall to front (north) elevation with roughcast walls to remainder. Square-headed window openings with cut-stone sills, and one-over-one timber sash windows having two-over-two timber sash window to end bay. Square-headed door opening with replacement glazed timber panelled door. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.
