  Description

  Raised oval area (int. dims. 28.3m WNW-ESE; 22.5m NNE-SSW) enclosed by an earth and stone bank with modern stone facing, and slight remains of a fosse. Entrance break at SE, the NE side of which is flanked by two large stones which also form part of the bank's external facing. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cavan' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1995).
