Description
Small circular drystone-built structure (int. diam. 1.3m; H 1.9m) of beehive-type construction, roofed internally by two flat slabs. Low lintelled entrance at N (H 0.55m; Wth 0.5m). Description
Depicted as an almost oval-shaped enclosure (dims. c. 38m N-S; c. 33m E-W) on OS 1911 ed. Only the outline of the cashel wall described by Lowry- Corry and Richardson (1937, 157-9) is now identifiable. Well-defined entrance at SE.
