Provision of a 110mm rising main pipe from the Armada Hotel to the Armada House (c. 240m in length), within the public road crossing the R482 and L6224; 4. Provision of 1 no. 110mm rising main pipe located within the public road (L6224, R482 and N67) from the proposed primary wastewater pumping station at the Armada House to the existing Irish Water foul sewer network at Quilty, which conveys flows to the existing Irish Water Kilmurry Ibrickane Wastewater Treatment Plant (Asset Number: D0536-02). The proposed rising main is c.4.3km in length and located entirely within the public road corridor; 5. Decommissioning and removal of 1 no. existing wastewater treatment plant, existing polishing filter, and existing percolation area at the Armada Hotel; 6. Decommissioning and removal of 1 no. existing wastewater treatment system and percolation area at the Armada House; 7. Provision of 1 no. temporary construction compound at the Armada House for the duration of the works; 8. Description
In the village of Quilty at the N edge of a low sea cliff which has been eroded by the sea. Although named 'Tobernahallia' in Gothic script on the OS 6-inch maps, it is no longer visible at ground level, and there is no evidence that it was venerated. Description
At the N edge of a shelf on a slight N-facing slope. Listed as 'enclosure' in the SMR (1992) and the RMP (1996). A circular grass-covered area (int. diam. 36m N-S; 34m E-W) defined by a flat-topped earthen bank (Wth of base 6-6.8m; Wth of top 1.4-3.6m; ext. H 1.1-2.2m) which is best preserved (Wth of base 8.6m; Wth of top 2m; int. H 1.2m; ext. H 2.5m) NW-E, and an outer fosse (Wth of top 7.3m at S to 8.4-9.2m generally; Wth of base 2m at E to 3.4-4m generally; ext. D 0.3-0.7m). The entrance (Wth 4m) and slight causeway are at ESE, and the perimeter is circumscribed by a field bank S-W. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 14 April 2020

Description
Freestanding T-plan Hiberno-Romanesque style Roman Catholic church, dated 1909, with two-bay transepts, round tower, porch and semi-circular-plan apse to right hand side. Recessed single-bay added to left. Pitched slate roof with carved eaves brackets and cast-iron rainwater goods. Conical cut-stone stone roof to tower. Half conical roof to apse. Dressed stone walls with canted buttresses. String course and plaque to tower. Round-headed window openings. Oculi to gables. Pedimented round-headed doorcase to base of tower, with painted columns and timber matchboard door. Retaining interior features. Rubble stone boundary walls. Church built in 1909 to commemorate wreck of French vessel Leon XIII in 1907 and the rescue of its crew by local men. Bell of ship in altar.
