Description
In pasture, overlooking Ballydonegan Bay. D-shaped area (straight side 21.7m E-W; projecting 21m to S). Interior defined by scarp (H 1m) to S and W; by low earthen bank (H 0.9m) elsewhere; slopes down gently to SW. Locally known as a "lios". Burial ground (CO127-004002-) 11m to NE. Description
In pasture, 11m to NE of enclosure (CO127-004001-). Raised circular area (7.4m N-S; 6.5m E-W) enclosed by externally stone-faced earthen bank (H 1m). Shallow fosse to S. Many grave markers noted. Description
In level pasture, beside the SE shore of Ballydonegan Bay and with distant views of Sceilg Mhichíl. A circular cairn (1.6m E-W; 1.55m N-S; H 0.45m) of stones which, according to local information, was formerly visited by pilgrims. There are several quartz stones on the cairn, which is partially overgrown with grass, and a large slab is exposed at NE.
