  Description

  In pasture, on steep N-facing slope, commanding extensive view to NW and NE. Circular area (25.6m N-S; 27m E-W) defined by earthen bank, partially levelled (H 0.55m) SW->ESE; incorporated into field fence (H 1.6m) to S. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 2: East and South Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1994).
