  In level pasture SE of Sprat Hill. Natural spring surrounded on three sides by low earthen bank (H c. 3m); open to W. To W of well in same field are 14 small cairns in straight lines running N-S. Low roughly-cut upright stone (H 0.48m; 0.45m; 0.2m), 2.5m to SW. Large quartz boulder (H 0.86m; 1.3m; 1.2m), c. 8.5m from largest standing stone atop earthen mound. Oval area (26.8m N-S; 37.8m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (H 2.5m) W->SE, stone-faced in parts; scarp (H 2.5m) SE->W, with slight internal lip; silted-up external fosse.   In pasture on SE-facing slope overlooking Coomnagoragh river valley to E. Single upright rectangular stone (H c. 0.98m; 0.78m x 0.5m) aligned NE-SW with adjacent fallen stone (L 0.92m; 0.75m x 0.25m). Second fallen stone (L 0.66m; 0.95m x 0.5m) c. 1m to S. OS Name Book (1897, 69) notes two upright stones close together. OS Memoranda (1936) note that one stone has been removed.
