  Description

  In pasture, on steep N-facing slope. Circular area (41m N-S; 40m E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.8m); external fosse (D 0.4m). Break in bank to N (Wth 7m), with possible causeway. Interior raised on N side to compensate for hillslope. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
