Stone wall edge of interior on W side. Rectangular structure at centre of interior on OS 6-inch map (1900); not visible due to overgrowth.   In pasture atop rock outcrop on N-facing slope. Top outcrop roughly levelled to form oval area (13m N-S; 16.4m E-W).   In pasture, on W shoulder of hillock. Circular area (30m N-S; 32m E-W) enclosed by worn earthen bank (H 2.2m); external fosse (D 0.8m) to S. Bank stone-faced in parts.
