Description
Road bridge (Wth 7.56m) over River Lee to SW of Ballingeary village. Four semicircular arches with cut-stone voussoirs; rounded breakwaters. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 3: Mid Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1997). Description
Four-arch road bridge over An Laoi [River Lee], built c.1800, with recent repairs. Rubble limestone construction with voussoirs upright coping stones.
