Description
In pasture, on break in slope above steep incline facing S over River Funshion. Subcircular area (39m E-W; 34m N-S) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 1.6m; ext. H 1.6m); external fosse (max. D 0.45m) NE->SE. Bank planted with trees; inner face slopes gently down to interior; outer face is steep sided. Interior slopes gently down to S. Field named 'Paddock' on 1842 OS 6-inch map. Description
In level pasture. Graveyard depicted on 1842 OS 6-inch map as oval enclosure (c. 28m N-S; c. 35m E-W) defined by broken line, with rectangular structure (c. 12m E-W; c. 7m N-S) in centre defined by broken line and named 'Killee Church (site of)' (CO019-013002-). No visible surface trace of either church or graveyard except perhaps for some stones protruding through grass. Description
Late 18th/ Early 19th-century, 2-storey house, with basement to rear. Hipped roof with central valley, large central chimney, deeply projecting eaves. Entrance front (E) of 5 bays: central porch entrance, with iron steps up to doors on both sides of porch; sash windows. Rear elevation (W) of 4-bays. One-storey farm buildings extend from side elevations, east elevations treated like curtain wall with ornate round-headed niches connecting to pavilion-like end bays with tall round-headed niches in shallow breakfront, N end hipped, S end gabled. End bays return as farm buildings into yard at rear. Mid-19th-century gate lodge beside piered entrance at end of long avenue approaching from E; avenue crosses single-arched bridge adjacent to site of Killee church and graveyard (14592). Description
Detached four-bay single-storey direct-entry vernacular house, built c. 1800, easternmost bay being addition. Pitched corrugated-iron roof to older part and pitched slate to addition. Rendered chimneystack. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with painted sills and two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening with timber battened door. Single-bay single-storey outbuilding to west with lean-to corrugated-iron roof, painted rendered walls and square-headed timber battened door. Painted rendered boundary walls to front garden, having wrought-iron pedestrian gate with rendered piers.

Description
Four-bay single-storey direct-entry vernacular house, built c. 1800, with projecting gabled porch to front (north) elevation. Pitched thatched roof with low rendered chimneystacks. Pitched corrugated-iron roof to porch. Painted roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with painted sills and having two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows, and some aluminium windows. Square-headed replacement aluminium door to porch. Lower three-bay single-storey outbuilding attached to east, having pitched corrugated-iron roof, rendered walls and square-headed timber battened doors. Painted rendered boundary walls to front of house having square-plan piers to decorative wrought-iron pedestrian gate.

Description
Five-bay two-storey country house, built c. 1780, having projecting flat-roofed porch and flanked by Palladian-style three-bay single-storey curved service wings to north and south sides linking house to outbuildings to rear (west) presenting articulated gables to balance composition. Hipped overhanging slate skirt roof with rendered chimneystack to centre having terracotta chimney pots. Flat roof to porch with rendered parapet having cast-iron railings. Painted rendered walls to house and wings, with tooled limestone plinth course to house façade. Porch has rendered plinth, and pilasters to ends of all walls, with moulded capitals. Square-headed diminishing window openings having tooled limestone sills and six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door openings to each side of porch, having double-leaf timber panelled doors, approached by cast-iron steps with tracery detailing and cast-iron railings. Round-headed niches to curved wings having tooled limestone sills. Outbuildings have hipped and pitched slate roofs with rendered chimneystacks, painted rendered walls, round-headed recesses with limestone sills to south gables, with recessed round-headed surrounds, and having pediments, that to northern having roundel to pediment. Rendered external staircase to north wall of northern building. Some square-headed window openings to buildings, with six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows. Entrance and gate lodge to east at roadside, built c. 1820, gate lodge now disused. Curved painted rendered entrance walls terminating in square-plan piers with rendered caps having decorative wrought-iron detail, flanking single- and double-leaf wrought-iron gates. Freestanding two-bay single-storey gate lodge to south side has hipped slate roof with clay ridge tiles and rendered chimneystack, painted rendered walls, and square-headed openings with timber fittings and painted sills to windows and timber battened door.
