Description
By roadside on S facing slope. Opening reveals earth-cut passage or chamber (L c. 4m). Creepway visible to NW; to NE is what appears to be an unfinished chamber. According to local information there are "a couple of rooms inside". Access not gained. Depression (diam. 4m) on other side of field fence to NE may be result of collapsed chamber. Description
In pasture, on E-facing slope, above the Owvane River. Circular platform (35.5m N-S; 36.5m E-W) raised 1.35m above surrounding land. Bank survives S->W (int. H 0.35m). Description
In boggy ground on the SE side of a recently felled forest, on a SE-facing slope. According to local information, there was formerly a mound of heat-shattered stones and charcoal-enriched soil here. Earth and stones are visible on the upturned roots of a felled tree but only a few of the many exposed stones are heat-shattered. Description
In level pasture at the foot of a S-facing slope and c. 60m W of the Owvane River. The barely perceptible remains of a levelled roughly horseshoe-shaped mound (c. 6m N-S; c. 5m E-W; max. H 0.05m) of heat-shattered stones and charcoal-enriched soil. According to local information, the opening of this fulacht fia faced S.
