  In pasture, on S-facing slope. Oval area (29.2m E-W; 21.4m N-S) defined by earthen bank (int. H 1.5m) SW->E; scarp (H 2m) elsewhere; external fosse (D 1.4m) SW->E. Interior raised on S side to compensate for hillslope. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.   Description

  Ruined late 18th/early 19th century 3-storey house over basement. Entrance front (N); central bay flanked by 2-bay, 3-storey bows; W bow collapsed. Central fanlighted doorway flanked by limestone pilasters. Steps over basement up to doorway. Viewfront (S) of 4 bays. Round-headed stairway window over oculus in W elevation. Roof hipped, partially collapsed. Well preserved Victorian steward's house. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.   Description

  Detached two-bay single-storey with dormer attic former gate lodge, built c.1820, having gable-fronted porch to front (west), recent single-storey extension to rear (east) and single-storey hipped roofed box-bay to side (north). Now in use as house. Pitched replacement slate roofs with overhanging eaves, having paired red brick octagonal chimneystacks, rendered eaves course and uPVC rainwater goods. Exposed rubble limestone walls with rendered plinth. Square-headed window openings with limestone sills throughout, having moulded render surrounds and uPVC casement windows. Lancet window openings with limestone sills to side (south) elevation, having moulded render surrounds and fixed single-pane windows. Pointed arch door opening with moulded render surround and timber battened door. Rubble limestone enclosing walls with square-profile having solider limestone copings and caps with timber pedestrian gate.
