  Detached three-bay two-storey country house, built c. 1820, having three-bay two-storey hipped-roofed block to rear (north) and two-bay two-storey extension with gablets to west elevation to rear, west end, with further multiple-bay two-storey hipped-roofed extension to north. Recent canted-plan conservatory to east elevation. Hipped slate roofs with rendered chimneystacks, overhanging bracketed eaves with carved timber brackets with decorative motifs and cast-iron rainwater goods. Metal water tank to rear block. Glazed roof to conservatory with cast-iron ridge crestings and finial. Hipped slate roof to rear extension with cast-iron ridge crestings and decorative timber bargeboards to gablets. Rendered walls. Fixed timber glazing to conservatory with rendered plinth wall. Square-headed openings with two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed openings to north extension with timber casement windows, six-over-three and three-over-six-pane timber sliding sash windows and replacement windows. Round-headed opening to north extension with timber window. Former elliptical-arched carriage arch with cut stone voussoirs, now partially infilled and with square-headed opening with replacement window. Square-headed door opening with recessed timber panelled door, sidelights and overlight and timber doorcase comprising pilasters, architrave, frieze and cornice. Dressed limestone threshold and steps. Detached four-bay single-storey block to east with pitched artificial slate roof with gabled dormer window and rooflights, rendered walls and square-headed openings with fixed pane timber glazed doors and windows. Segmental-arched opening to north elevation with replacement door.

  Complex of former outbuildings, built c. 1820, now in use as houses. Five-bay two-storey block with external staircase to east gable and taller T-plan block to west. Pitched slate roof with terracotta ridge capping, rendered chimneystack, timber bargeboard to T-plan block and render coping to east gable. Rendered walls. Square-headed openings with replacement timber windows. Square-headed opening with replacement French doors to east gable and west gable of T-plan block. Elliptical-headed arch with replacement glazed doors. Five-bay two-storey outbuilding to south with pitched slate roof, rendered chimneystack and render ridge capping. Rendered walls. Square-headed openings with six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows to ground floor and fixed pane windows to first floor. Replacement windows to rear (east) and timber casement window to south gable. Square-headed opening with replacement fixed pane glazed door. Square-profile rendered piers with rendered caps.

Pyramidal slate roof with rendered chimneystack and overhanging eaves. Rendered walls with render plinth course. Square-headed openings with bipartite one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows and render label mouldings. Square-headed opening to rear with two-over-two pane timber sliding sash window. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door and cut limestone step. Painted rubble stone walls to outbuilding with square-headed opening. Square-profile rendered piers to entrance with rendered plinths, square-headed incised panels and render caps. Wrought-iron sweep railings and, cast-iron piers and wrought-iron double-leaf gates.

Hipped slate roofs with rendered chimneystacks, overhanging eaves. Render cornices and flat roofs to bay windows. Rendered walls with render plinth course and quoins. Square-headed openings with moulded render surround and three-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows. Six-over-six flanked by four-over-four pane timber sliding sash windows to bay windows. Nine-over-six and three-over six pane timber sliding sash windows and tripartite nine-over-six flanked by three-over-three pane timber sliding sash window to east, west and rear elevations. Tripartite nine-over-six flanked by three-over-three pane timber sliding sash window to east elevation. Six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows to canted-plan addition. Round-headed door opening with roll moulded surround, doorcase comprising fluted columns on octagonal bases, architrave with rope moulding, decorative petal fanlight and timber panelled door. Detached U-plan five-bay two-storey house, located to south-west, with slightly projecting central bays and gabled rear (north) blocks. Later used as outbuilding, now in use as house, with rear blocks in use as outbuildings. Hipped and pitched artificial slate roofs with rendered chimneystack. Red brick chimneystacks to rear blocks. Cut limestone walls with cut limestone quoins. Rubble limestone walls to rear (north). Square-headed openings with replacement uPVC windows, those to ground floor with red brick voussoirs. Elliptical-arched opening with red brick voussoirs and surround and replacement windows. Square-headed opening with timber panelled door and red brick voussoirs. Rubble limestone garden wall with camber-arched opening having rubble stone voussoirs. Rubble limestone boundary wall to north with render coping and square-profile piers with render caps.
