Description
In pasture, on break in N-facing slope. Circular area (40m N-S) enclosed by earthen bank (H 1.9m), with field clearance stones dumped on surface. Gap (Wth 4m) in bank to E. Interior raised on downslope. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 1: West Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1992).
