  Description

  In low-lying pasture, approached by footpath from SE; rectangular graveyard (c. 30m NW-SE; c. 25m NE-SW) enclosed by stone-faced earthen bank. Ruins of Kilteskin parish church (CO088-04302-) at N end. Interior covered by rough tufted grass; some low uninscribed stones may mark burials; two inscribed headstones outside S wall of church, the earliest dated 1752, and six inside church, the earliest dated 1756 (Henchion 1970a; Coleman 1904-6d).No longer in use.   Description

  At N end of graveyard (CO088-04301-), fragmentary ruins of rectangular church (c. 13.5m E-W; c. 7m N-S). E wall and E ends of N and S walls entirely fallen. W wall of church replaced by low wall (H c. 1.5m). Most of S wall stands to near full height but completely covered with ivy. N wall has buttress built against exterior elevation near W end. Burials in interior: five inscribed headstones date from 1756 to 1812 (Coleman 1904-6d). Parish church of Titeskin or Kilteskin, in ruins by 1615 (Brady 1863, vol. 2, 398).   Description

  Immediately to E of holy well (CO088-044002-) is upright limestone slab carved on both sides, associated with 'rounds' made at well. On one side is figure of crucified Christ in low relief (bottom part of stone may be broken as figure's waist now at ground level), on the reverse is a face in profile and the inscription 'Seven Pater Nosters and Seven Ave Marias. The Honour 1731' (Power 1940, 108). Both faces are scored by inscribed crosses. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.   Description

  In pasture, on N-facing slope. Well enclosed by stone wall; concrete steps on S side. Statue of Our Lady within. Nearby tree adorned with rags and rosary beads. According to Power (1940, 107) devotions paid here on August 15th. Immediately to E is upright limestone slab (CO088-044001-), carved on both sides, associated with 'rounds' made at well. On one side is figure of crucified Christ in low relief (bottom part of stone may be broken as figure's waist now at ground level), on the reverse is a face in profile and the inscription 'Seven Pater Nosters and Seven Ave Marias.
