Description
Located within the field known as the Forty acres. Situated in the north-west quadrant of field where the ground rises slightly. Within otherwise reasonably level open ground which falls away towards Ballyboghill stream to the N. An aerial photograph taken in 1972 (FSI 588/7) shows a circular cropmark of a double-ditched enclosure (est. diam. c. 30m). Clearly visible on Bing aerials (accessed 7/11/13). Description
Detached single-bay two-storey rubble stone outbuilding, c.1850. Three-bay single-storey thatched extension, c.1980, added to left-hand side.ROOF:Hipped slate roof; terracotta ridge tiles; double pitched; thatched to extension. WALLS: Nap rendered, coursed rubble to extension. OPENINGS: Square headed; rendered reveals; painted stone cills; timber casement windows, c.1995; replacement tongue and groove door, c.1995; square headed openings to extension, red brick dressed openings, patent reveals, stone cill, timber casement window, c.1995.

Description
Detached gable-fronted single-cell Catholic church, built 1836, with single-bay two-stage tower adjoining to left-hand side. Three-bays to side elevation with single-bay single-storey sacristy, c.1980. Plaque to church gable reads: "This temple was erected to the honour and glory of God by the Rev. George Canavan P.P. in the year of Our Lord 1836"ROOF: Double pitched; tiles, c.1975; cast-iron rainwater goods; stone cross to gable. WALLS: Snecked and tooled limestone; limestone plinth and string courses to tower having chamfered uppermost corners to elevations. OPENINGS: Pointed arched openings; limestone surrounds to tower and façade openings; hood mouldings to façade; brick surrounds to side elevation and to shored up opening on façade; replacement stained glass windows, c.1978, replacement tongue & groove doors, c.1975. INTERIOR:Single cell; exposed timber trusses; cast-iron girders; timber double pitched ceiling; rough plaster to walls; rear gallery with panelled timber parapet supported by timber columns; marble altar.

Description
Detached four-bay single-storey thatched farmhouse, c.1800, with a projecting entrance porch. Single-bay extension to right-hand side, c.1920. Outbuildings to rear.ROOF: Hipped thatch roof to original four-bays and corrugated iron to extension; nap rendered chimney stack to centre of original house and cement rendered to roof; double pitched corrugated iron roofs to farm buildings; barrel vaulted; corrugated iron hay barn to rear. WALLS: Rough cast render and nap rendered plinth; rubble stone and mud wall farm buildings. OPENINGS: Square headed window openings with rendered reveals; concrete and stone cills; timber single pane sash and casement windows; timber panelled door, c.1980.
