The proposed amendments relate primarily to permitted Unit B and Unit C and consist of: (1) Omission of Unit C and provision of enlarged Unit B (increasing from 10,967sq.m GFA to 18,617sq.m GFA) with a height of c. 17.65m including mezzanine level.
