Description
In farmland. Marked on the 1838 edition of the OS 6-inch map as an almost circular enclosure (diam. c. 37m); by the time of the of 3rd edition (1933) it had been partially levelled and only the E half of the monument is indicated. Classified by McCaffrey (1952, 177, no. 107) as a circular ‘Earthen fort ’ of which only a portion of the bank (L c. 40m) survived. No visible surface trace survives. Description
In level pastureland. Roughly circular rath (diam. 61m), in fair condition, defined by a bank overlain from NW through N to NE by a field boundary. Another field boundary cuts through the monument at NW and SE. Field-clearance rubble is piled on the bank at S. There is a souterrain (GA108-008001-) in the SW quadrant of the interior. Description
Within the SW quadrant of a rath (GA103-008----). This drystone-built rectangular passage (L 5m; Wth 1.8m) runs NW-SE. Access is gained via a small gap at the NW end and a considerable amount of collapse is evident at both ends. According to the landowner, the passage extended roughly 11m further to the ENE, from the SE end. A large grassed-over flagstone at this point may be a roof lintel. Description
On the E side of the road in a breach in a field wall. Named 'Tobercalliagh' on the OS 6-inch maps, this spring well (L 1.6m; Wth 1.09m; D 0.58m) is subject to flooding. A stone slab has been place on top of a wooden beam which spans the breach in the field wall and forms a covering for the well. - Saint Colman's Catholic Church, church/chapel, 1850–1855 · Regional interest
Description
Freestanding cruciform-plan gable-fronted Roman Catholic Church, dated 1854 and reconstructed 1973, having three-bay nave, one-bay transepts and full-height chancel to north-east. Cut-stone belfry to south-east transept, and flat-roofed entrance porch to south-west gable of nave. Single-storey flat-roofed sacristy extension to chancel. Pitched slate roof, with gabled cut and carved limestone bellcote with cross finial, and pointed arch bell housing with hood-moulding. Painted roughcast rendered walls with smooth rendered plinth course with cut limestone pilaster buttresses to belfry. Carved limestone date plaque to gable-front. Pointed arch former doorway to south-east elevation of nave with cut-stone block-and-start surround. Pointed arch window openings having stone sills and cut-stone block-and-start surrounds, with stained-glass windows. Square-headed door opening to entrance porch having recent glazed timber doors. Timber sheeted ceiling and painted plastered walls to interior, and leaded stained-glass windows. Set within its own grounds, with grave markers to site enclosed by rubble stone walls. Cast-iron double-leaf vehicular gate flanked by circular-plan cut-stone piers, in turn flanked by similar pedestrian gates and piers. Rendered quadrant walls to road.

Description
Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1940, having breakfront to front (east) elevation, and additional two-storey return to rear. Hipped slate roof having clay ridge tiles, metal-framed rooflight, and paired rendered chimneystacks. Smooth rendered walls having rendered quoins. Square-headed window openings having stone sills and one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows, tripartite to ground floor. Square-headed door opening having half-glazed timber door with margined coloured glass overlight and sidelights. Decorative wrought-iron pedestrian gate to front garden flanked by cut-stone piers, with decorative wrought-iron railings set on stone plinths with matching piers. Wrought-iron double-leaf vehicular gate to side of house.
