  Description

  In reclaimed pastureland. Poorly preserved circular cashel (diam. 42.3m) defined by a drystone wall. An ENE-WSW running field wall clips the monument at SE and WSW. There is a souterrain (GA104-055001-) and the remains of two house sites (GA104-055002- and GA104-055003-) within the interior.   Description

• GA104-055002 House - indeterminate date
  Description

  Within the NNW sector of the interior of a cashel (GA104-055----). This rectangular house site (L 7.4m; Wth 4.9m) is defined by a double-faced wall with a rubble core. A gap at the W end of the N wall may mark the doorway. The interior is 0.6m below the level of the cashel. Another house site (GA104-055003-) is evident in the E sector.   Description

  Within the E sector of the interior of a cashel (GA104-055----). This circular house site (diam. 2.6m) is defined by a grassed-over wall. A gap at SSE may mark the entrance. This may be the 'enclosure' noted by McCaffrey (1952, 216, no. 76). Another house site (GA104-055002-) is evident in the NNW sector.   Description

  In reclaimed pastureland. Classified by McCaffrey (1952, 216, no. 76a) as a very ruinous circular ‘Stone fort’ (diam. c. 40.2m). Apart from two earthfast boulders at W, which may have formed part of the enclosing wall, no visible surface trace survives.
