Description
Freestanding carved limestone open-sided monument, erected 1840. Comprises square-plan arrangement of square columns with moulded capitals, having fluted Doric column set diagonally to corner of each square column, all columns supporting uninterrupted frieze having string course and cornice and frieze at side with plaque having wreath devices. Domed roof, and urn finials atop projecting corners above Doric columns. Coffin-shaped memorial to interior of monument. Whole stands on stepped plinth over chanelled ashlar base with plinth. Plaque to west side, facing towards Garbally House, commemorates Charles Le Poer Trench DD, archdeacon of Ardagh. Set in own landscaped garden overlooking fair green and town to north side.

Description
End of terrace five-bay two-storey former school, built c.1860, with pedimented advanced end bays having slightly lower roofs. Wedge-shaped addition to rear. Now in use as hall. Pitched slate roofs having cut-stone eaves course, carved limestone corbel course to overhanging eaves, and cut limestone chimneystacks. Timber rails to pediments. Dressed snecked limestone walls having cut-stone plinth, and with recessed rectangular panels to ground floor, rubble walls to rear elevation. Square-headed window openings to first floor with eight-over-eight pane timber sliding sash windows, having cut-stone sill course, with moulded brackets to middle windows. Rear windows are fixed timber with dressed voussoirs and block-and-start jambs. Round-headed door openings to advanced bays, set in slightly projecting channelled surrounds, having double-leaf timber panelled doors and timber boarded fanlights, having cut-stone steps with nosings to east doorway. Addition has flat corrugated-iron roof and coursed rubble limestone walls raised with concrete.

Description
Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1860, having slightly advanced centrepieces to each bay of front elevation with gables over, and having recent extension to rear. Pitched slate roof having overhanging eaves and cut limestone and rendered chimneystacks. Cut limestone walls with cut-stone plinth. Blank limestone plaque over entrance. Square-headed window openings with cut-stone sills and replacement uPVC windows. Shouldered square-headed door opening with timber panelled door having shouldered timber surround, in turn set into chamfered limestone surround, with limestone step. Garden to front, bounded by rendered wall with cut limestone capping, and limestone piers to wrought-iron pedestrian gate and similar railings.

Description
Detached seven-bay three-storey former canal warehouse, built c.1830. Now derelict. Pitched slate roof having cut-stone eaves course, with kneelers to gables, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Coursed rubble limestone walls. Square-headed window openings to long walls with replacement timber windows, all with stone sills. Square-headed vehicular entrance with raised block-and-start cut limestone surround. Square-headed pitching door opening to first floor with yellow brick block-and-start surround, cut-stone sill and timber sheeted door. Round-headed opening to north-west gable, over square-headed opening to ground floor, with raised cut-stone block-and-start surrounds to both. Detached sixteen-bay two-storey former canal warehouse, built c.1830 to east of site, having pitched slate roof with raised gablets to two full-height openings having corbelled-out cut-stone arches. Snecked dressed limestone walls with later fenestration having replacement uPVC windows, and some original blocked up window openings having dressed stone surrounds and voussoirs. Square-headed door openings with timber panelled doors.
