- Saint Patrick's Catholic Church, church/chapel, 1890–1910 · Regional interest
Description
Freestanding gable-fronted Gothic Revival church, built c.1900, having nine-bay nave, lower single-bay chancel to east end, side aisles, and with single-storey sacristy attached to north-west. Pitched slate roof with limestone ashlar bellcote to gable-front with bell, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Walls of large blocks of rusticated limestone, having plinth and with buttresses between openings of side aisles. Pointed-arch windows to side elevations, paired to clerestorey, with alternating limestone and red brick surrounds. Round window to gable-front lanked by lancets. Lancet windows to front ends of side aisles. Triple-lancet east window. Pointed entrance opening to gable-front and to side elevations, having tooled limestone voussoirs and replacement timber battened double-leaf doors. Interior of church has timber scissors truss roof and pointed arches to side aisles. Church has number of Harry Clarke Studio stained-glass windows. Outside east side of church is modern monument consisting of large saint's bell carved in limestone and set in circular enclosure with low wall. Tombs of priests to grounds. Three-bay two-storey presbytery to west, having hipped slate roof with rendered chimneystacks, roughcast rendered walls, render doorcase having pilasters, moulded cornice and round-headed doorway, and box-bay windows to end bays.

Description
Detached five-bay, two-storey bank building, built c.1910. sprocketed hipped roof with dormers to front and side slopes, tall rendered end chimneystacks, and wide eaves with simple modillions and moulded cornice that incorporates cast-iron gutter with moulded profile. Painted roughcast walls with smooth rendered quoins. Square-headed windows, having moulded surrounds to ground floor with moulded cornices, and replacement uPVC windows. Square-headed entrance doorway set within render doorcase, latter comprising Doric pilasters supporting architecturally correct entablature. Plaque over door with classical frame containing words 'Ulster Bank', having moulded cornice and other classical devices. Entrance approached by flight of steps. Decorative cast-iron iron railings to steps and to front boundary of building. Recent ramp with railings to front of building.

Description
Detached corner-sited five-bay three-storey house, built c.1815, having pubfront to north end of front elevation. Single-storey with dormer return to west, having second pub front. Pitched slated roofs with rendered chimneystacks and replacement uPVC and some cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls with raised quoins, and string course at first floor sill level, and with gable over dormer window. Square-headed openings with timber sliding sash windows, two-over-two pane to upper floors of front elevation and one-over-one pane elsewhere, margined to one window of front elevation. Top floor have render surrounds with painted sills, first floor have moulded render surrounds. Dormer window to return has two-over-two pane timber sliding sash window with bars. Square-headed door openings to front elevation, having overlights, and double-leaf timber battened door to pub front and replacement timber panelled door to house. Shopfront has plain timber fasciaboard with name M. Keaveny under simple cornice.

Description
Detached three-bay two-storey Italianate bank building, built c.1860, flanked by single-storey bays. Hipped slate roof with single stack on west side, and eaves have heavy moulded cornice with brackets resting on slim render course, and integrating cast-iron gutter. Painted lined rendered walls with rusticated raised quoins. Moulded cornice between floors links with single-storey wing and carriage arch, on east and west sides respectively. Square-headed windows to first floor and segmental-headed windows to ground floor, latter with decorative keystone detail, all with painted sills. Moulded string courses to sill level of each floor and above window head level of first floor. Doorway recessed, with decorative keystone detail, ovolo-moulded surrounds and raised and fielded timber panelled door, approached by flight of steps. Decorative wrought-iron railings to front boundary, set on low moulded limestone plinth.
