(x) The development will require the upgrading of the public road leading to the site (area of 1.636 hectares), known locally as the Kinincha Road, extending from the Lidl carpark to the site entrance. The application is accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) and a Natura Impact Statement (NIS). The application relates to a development that will require an Industrial Emissions Directive licence from the Environmental Protection Agency.
