  Description

  This semi-circular enclosure is not marked on the 1841-42 OS map, and it is only faintly marked on the 1915 map. The site has been almost completely levelled and is barely traceable. This site consists of a semi-circular raised area .4m above the surrounding land. It is c 37m in diameter. The above description is derived from C. Toal, ‘North Kerry Archaeological Survey’. Dingle.   Description

  Situated on the crest of a hill, with extensive views in all directions, this site consists of a circular area enclosed by an earthen bank. The internal diameter of the site measures 33m N-S, and 35m E-W; the bank is low and measures c 5m wide. The exterior height of the bank varies from .4m-1.6m, and its internal height .3m-.8m. The internal area is at a higher level than the surrounding land, and contains small low mounds of stones, now grassed over. It is marked on OS maps as 'Children's Burial Ground (disused)'.   Description

  On farmland, in open pasture. Overlooking a shallow valley to the NW. A sandstone standing stone (H 1.54m, Wth 0.44m) with a bulbous top-heavy appearance tapering to a narrow base.
