Description
Located on the water's edge at the W shore of Lough Currane, this structure consists of a small chamber, open to WSW, roofed by a large slab which rests on a triangular arrangement of supports. Large rectangular slabs, averaging .5m high, .95m long and .35m thick, form the supports at N and E. The S side consists of two stones; the larger is prostrate and has a pad-stone on top. The cap-stone measures 1.8m x 1.2m x .2m, and internally the chamber measures 1.4m x .93m. Extending SE from the structure is a 3.3m stretch of collapsed stone-walling. Description
This site, not marked on the OS maps, is located in a marshy area about 120m N of the river Currane. Of regular elevation, it is a roughly rectangular sectioned block that stands 1.75m high and measures .4m x .13m at base; E-W. Traces of packing stones are visible around its base. Description
This pre-bog wall is located on a small promontory, close to the effluence of Lough Currane. It runs into the lake at S and is overlain by blanket bog 18m to N. It is composed of large block-like boulders, which average .6m high and 1m wide. Occurring 100m to E is a lacustrine hut site (KE098-114----). The above description is derived from A. Description
Freestanding cut-limestone Celtic Cross style memorial and fountain, dated 1887, on a limestone ashlar base with inscribed plaque. Attributed to J.F. Fuller. Cut-stone plaque inscribed: "Erected in memory of James Butler of Waterville by the neighbours and friends who honoured and loved him MDCCCLXXXVII".

Description
Pair of semi-detached four-bay single-storey houses, built c. 1830, as coast guard station, with single-bay single-storey lean-to returns to rear to west, now in use as house and shop. Retaining original aspect to house to south. House to north reroofed, refenestrated and extended to north in late twentieth century. Left house has pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks. Right house reroofed with artificial slate and now with cat-slide to rear. Exposed rubble stone walls with projecting eaves course. Left house has sandstone or timber lintels, timber two-over-two pane sliding sash windows with exposed sash boxes, painted concrete sills and replacement timber door. Right house has render surrounds to openings and replacement timber windows and half-door.
