  Indicated as a sweat house only on the 1835 ed. of the OS 6-inch map c. 100m NW of a house. It is located at the bottom of a S-facing slope in a little E-W fold on the N side of Glenfarne valley with a small N-S stream c. 30m to the W. No feature is visible at ground level. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Leitrim' compiled by Michael J. Moore (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2003).   Description

  Indicated as a sweat house only on the 1835 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. It is situated at the top of a S and E-facing slope on the N bank of a W-E stream that is on the lower E-facing slope of Thur Mountain and within 200m of abandoned farmhoues to the E and S.
