  In reclaimed pasture on the floodplain of the Camoge River 270m to W and 80m E of a townland boundary with Herbertstown (Powell). Possible ditch-barrow (LI032-207----) lies 170m to SW. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Monument identified by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 179: AP 4/3607), as a small penannular-shaped earthwork. Monument is visible as a roughly circular-shaped earthwork (diam. 10m) on OSi orthoimage taken 2005-2012, on Digital Globe orthoimage taken 2011-2013 and on Google Earth orthoimage taken 25/03/2017.   Description

  In improved pasture, on the edge of Herbertstown village, 675m E of the Camoge River, which also marks a townland boundary with Kilcullane. Barrow (LI032-209----) lies 415m to WSW. Not depicted on OSi historic maps. Monument identified by the Bruff aerial photographic survey in 1986 (Bruff 182: AP 4/3607), as a circular-shaped cropmark. Monument is visible as an arc of a fosse (C 27m) on Google Earth orthoimage taken 05/04/2006 and as a circular-shaped earthwork (diam. 34m) defined by an internal fosse and an outer bank, on OSi orthoimage taken 2005-2012 and on Digital Globe orthoimage taken 2011-2013.   Double-arch road bridge over the River Camoge, built c. 1820. Roughly dressed limestone walls with limestone cappings. Segmental-headed arches having rusticated voussoirs. U-cutwaters to south elevation.

  Description

  Terraced three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1820. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack and render eaves course. Lined-and-ruled rendered walls having render stringcourse and strip quoins with applied render motifs. Square-headed openings with one-over-on pane timber sliding sash windows and painted stone sills. Square-headed with half-glazed timber panelled door. Square-headed integral carriage-arch having double-leaf timber battened doors.
