Date of upload/revision: 17 July 2007 Cropmark on aerial photograph (CUCAP, BDG 94) suggests a sub-rectilinear enclosure (max. dims. c. 60m N-S, c. 30m E-W) associated with cropmark of a circular enclosure (LH012-001001-).

• LH012-119 Ringfort - rath
  Description

  Situated on a gentle E-facing slope. Depicted as a circular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 45m) only on the 1835 edition of the OS 6-inch map where it is described as a ‘Fort’. It is also faintly visible as a cropmark of a circular area (diam. c. 35m) defined by a single fosse feature on OSI images (1995).
