  Description

  Fragmentary ivy-clad remains of tower on a prominent rise, above flood plain of River Robe to S and W. W wall (L 9.4m) containing base batter survives to 1st-floor level, with short return of N wall (L 3m). Tower surrounded by shallow fosse (71m N-S; 20m E-W) (MA110-047002-) which may represent the remains of a bawn. The above description has been derived from D.   Description

  In graveyard (MA110-048002-), ruins of rectangular church (8.7m N-S; 18.1m E-W). Remains have recently undergone extensive restoration. 12th century antae at E end. Late flat headed doorway (Wth 1.1m) with interior bar slots, on S wall; replaced W doorway of which only threshold stone survives (NMI). Six gravestones in gravel lined interior.   Description

  Six-arch road bridge over river, extant 1838. "Repaired". Repointed coursed rubble limestone walls centred on triangular cutwaters to piers to upriver (east) elevation on shuttered mass concrete battered bases having pyramidal capping with lichen-covered rounded coping to parapets. Series of six camber arches with cut-limestone voussoirs. Sited spanning Robe River with unkempt grass banks to river.
