  Description

  Situated on a rise in a gently undulating landscape. This is a raised and grass-covered oval area (dims 36m N-S; 26m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (Wth of base 6-7m; int. H 0.2-0.3m; ext. H 1.6-2m) SSE-W-NNW, with a slight berm (at WSW: Wth 3.4m) at its base WSW-NNW. It is truncated by a NW-SE field bank at NE, and the centre is crossed by the remnant of a relict E-W field bank, confined now to the interior of the monument.   Description

  Situated on a NNE-SSW ridge. This is a subcircular grass-covered area (dims 39m ENE-WSW; 32m NNW-SSE) defined by a slight earth and stone bank (at ENE: Wth of base 5.5m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 1.6m) NNE-E-SW, reduced to a scarp (at WSW: Wth 3.5m; H 1.3m) elsewhere. There are traces of a fosse (at ENE: Wth of base 1.5m; ext. D 0.5m) N-E. The original entrance (Wth of base 2.1m) is at ESE. There is a relict field bank in the interior and others in the surrounding field.   Situated towards the N end of a low ridge in an undulating low-lying landscape. This is a circular and slightly domed (H 0.7-1m) grass-covered area (diam. 23.7m NE-SW; 21.5m NW-SE) defined by an earthen bank (at SW: Wth of base 5m; int. H 0.3m; ext. H 0.8m) WSW-N that is reduced to a scarp (at NE: Wth 4.3m; H 2m) elsewhere. There is no visible fosse but there is a ramp entrance (Wth of base 3.9m) at SW.   Situated on a N-S undulating ridge in a low-lying landscape. This is a raised subcircular and grass-covered area (dims 32m N-S; 27m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (Wth of base 6-8m; int. H 0.3m; ext. H 1.4-1.8m) and an outer fosse (Wth of top 8-10m; Wth of base 2-4m; ext. D 0.2m). The original entrance (Wth of base 3.9m) is at NNE. The interior is overlain by a NE-SW field bank just S of the centre, and it incorporates the SE part of the bank (Wth of base 6m; H 0.1-0.4m) defining a small hut-site (int. diam. 5m).   Situated on a N-S undulating ridge in a low-lying landscape and at the centre of rath (ME015-086----). A NE-SW field bank overlies the interior of the rath just S of the centre, and it incorporates the SE part of the bank (Wth of base 6m; H 0.1-0.4m) defining a small hut-site (int. diam. c. 5m).   Description

  Situated on slight rise in a low-lying undulating landscape. It is not depicted on any OS map but was described in 1970 as a raised rectangular area (dims 41m ENE-WSW; 37m NNW-SSE) defined by moats on each side, except the WSW (SMR file). There was a large rectangular structure defined by low earthen banks with no visible entrance in the SW angle. Outside the moats at NNW and SSW were outer banks. It had been removed by 1995 (OSAP).   Description

  Located on a rise in an undulating landscape. This is a circular grass-covered area (diam. 28m E-W; 27m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (at W: Wth of base 4.4m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 0.6m) that is best preserved (at E: Wth of base 6.5m; int. H 0.5m; ext. H 1.3m) NNE-S. It has no visible fosse and the original entrance is not identified. A NNE-SW relict field bank overlies the interior towards the edge at W and a fragment (L 3.6m) of a NE-SW relict bank is at the centre.   Description

  Situated on a hillock with rock outcrop in an undulating landscape. This is a circular grass-covered area (diam. 22.5m NE-SW; 21.5m NW-SE) defined by an earthen bank (Wth of base 3.5-4m; int. H 0.2-0.4m; ext. H 0.7m at SW to 1.7m at NE). There is an outer berm (Wth 2m) defined by an external scarp (ext. H 0.5m). There is an entrance (Wth of base 3.2m) and outer ramp (Wth of base 4m) at S, and another entrance (Wth of base 4m) and ramp (Wth of top 3.3m; H 0.3m) at E.   Description

  Situated on a slight rise in an undulating landscape. This is an oval grass-covered area (dims 41.4m E-W; 28m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (at S: Wth of base 7.5m; int. H 0.7m; ext. H 1.9m) SE-SW, but the perimeter is largely reduced to a scarp (at N: Wth 6m; H 2.2m). There is no visible fosse or identifiable original entrance. There are some broad WNW-ESE cultivation ridges in the S part of the interior.   Situated on a rise in a low-lying undulating landscape. This is an oval grass-covered area with some visible rock outcrop (dims 38m NE-SW; 30m NW-SE) defined by an earthen bank (Wth of base 7-10m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 2) S-WNW and at NE but the perimeter is largely reduced to a scarp (at SE: Wth 4m; H 1.2m; at N: H 1.7m). There is a slight fosse (Wth of top 5.5m; ext. D 0.2m) SW-NW, and the original entrance may have been a ramp (Wth of base 2.7m) at NE.
