Description
Situated on high ground in upland area. Raised circular area enclosed by an earthen bank, impossible to examine site due to dense overgrowth. Depicted as small circular enclosure on 1912 edition of the OS 6-inch map. Description
Situated on S facing slope on high ground in upland area overlooking valley and river to the S. Circular area (diam 32m N-S) enclosed by a poorly preserved bank (Wth 2m; ext. H 1m) which is reduced to a scarp in places and a shallow waterlogged fosse (Wth 2.5m) with possible evidence for an entrance feature at SW. Heavy overgrowth makes examination of possible entrance feature impossible.
