Late Georgian limestone ashlar entrance gateway, c. 1830, with recessed moulded panel to road front, neckbanding, wide cornice and flat cap. Cast-iron gates, c. 1900. Ashlar wheel guards and coursed rubble boundary walls to both sides of gateway.

Description
Detached three-bay two-storey over basement late Georgian house, c. 1820, with symmetrical single-storey side halls having Ionic pedimented doorcases. Limestone front steps, plain iron railings and stock brick retaining wall to basement area. Cut limestone piers to rear yard. Mature garden with pool to rear. Wrought-iron railings and gate to south of house with remains of larger wrought-iron gates.

Detached five-bay two-storey coach and stable house, c. 1830, renovated c. 1985, converted to dwelling. Cantilevered stairs from yard to west and gateway to south-west corner. Brick paviours to yard, rubble stone flanking walls with cut stone piers to north side, timber matchbaord double gates to rear lawn, c. 1900. Yard to south with rubble stone street wall, cantilivered granite stairs to first floor with wrought-iron balustrade.

Riverside pedestrian entrance gate to land agent's lodge, c. 1820, with octagonal granite piers with bench mark on one. Rubble stone retaining wall with granite coping to ditch and cast-iron gate and quadrant flanking railings. The gate may date to c. 1900.

River weir, c. 1920, on L-shaped plan. The configuration of this weir is now different to that shown on early twentieth-century Ordnance Survey maps. It may have been rebuilt during Barrow drainage works or in conjuction with railway bridge overhead.
