  Description

  Marked as a subcircular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 35m N-S; c. 30m E-W) on the 1840 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. Situated in pasture on a slight SW-facing slope, it is not visible at ground level. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999).   Description

  Marked as a circular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 45m) on the 1840 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated in pasture on a gentle S-facing slope. Slightly raised and dished, subcircular area (dims. 32m N-S; 28m E-W) defined by a scarp (H 0.1-0.7m), with a wide fosse (Wth 17m; D 0.5m) N-E. The entrance may have been at ESE. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999).   Description

  Marked as a small circular field on the 1840 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on flat, boggy ground close to the source of a small W-E stream in a pond, c. 40m to the W. This is a kidney-shaped, grass-covered stony mound (dims. 17m N-S; 14.5m E-W; max. H 0.8m) open to the W. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999).
