Ref. 2991/15 and An Bord Pleanála Ref PL29N.245745), a residential development which is now almost complete and known as Grace Park Wood. The constructed revisions for which Retention Permission is sought relate to the public park at the entrance to Grace Park Wood and comprise of minor revisions to the alignment of the perimeter estate railing along the western boundary of the park with the Gate Lodge (a Protected Structure); provision of 6 no.visitor car parking spaces consolidated into one banked parking location rather than two at Grace Park View; slightly amended entrances to the park at Grace Park Road and internal estate roads within Grace Park Wood and amended alignment of pathways within public park and associated minor landscape changes.
