  Description

  Located in a low-lying landscape between drumlins. Two fulachta fia were recorded side by side in an E-W line in 1968 (SMR file). This is the western one and is described as a grass-covered kidney-shaped mound (dims 10.5m ENE-WSW; 10m N-S; max. H 0.5m) with an indentation at S for a trough. Fulacht fia (ME005-013001-) is c. 1m to the E and the three fulachta fia (ME006-52----; ME006-052001-; ME006-052002-) are c. 100m to the NW. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Meath' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1987).   Description

  Located in a low-lying landscape between drumlins. Two fulachta fia were recorded side by side in an E-W line in 1968 (SMR file). This is the eastern one and is described as a grass-covered kidney-shaped mound (dims 10.8m N-S; 9.8m E-W; max. H 0.3m) with an indentation at S for a trough.   Description

  Located on an E-facing slope. It was described locally (SMR file) in 1967 as a small ring defined by a low mound or bank ‘about 10 feet across’ that had been removed c. 1955 and had been W of a stone (ME006-014002-).   Description

  Located on an E-facing slope. There are local reports from 1967 of a possible barrow (ME006-014001-) that had been removed c. 1960 and had been W of a stone ‘14 inches by 14 inches and 3 feet 10 inches high (dims c. 0.35m x c. 0.35m; H c. 1.15m)’.   Description

  Situated in a low-lying landscape between drumlins. Three fulachta fia were recorded in a NE-SW line in 1968 (SMR file). This is the most southerly and is described as a grass-covered kidney-shaped mound (dims 9m N-S; 9m E-W; max. H 0.5m) with an indentation on the NE side for the location of a trough. Fulacht fia (ME005-52001-) is c. 10m to the NE and (ME006-052002-) is c. 10m beyond that to the NE. Fulachta fia (ME006-13----; ME006-013002-) are c. 100m to the SE.   Church of Ireland cemetery, c.1910, with upright limestone and marble grave markers. Bounded by cast-iron railings on plinth walls, with rendered gate piers and cast-iron double gates.
