The proposed revisions shall consist of (a) an increase of 77 no. apartments to now provide for a total of 280 no. residential units (comprising 147 no. 1 bedroom units; and 133 no. 2 bedroom units) within the 4 no. blocks and increase in the heights of previously permitted Block A from 5 storeys (part 4 storey) to 6 storeys (part 4 storeys), Block C from 5 storeys to 6 storeys and Block D from 5 storeys to 8 storeys (part 6 and 7 storeys); the area of Block B shall also be increased; (b) The proposed development shall now comprise the following: Block A - 6 storey (Part 4 storey) block comprising of 85 no. residential units (48 no. 1 bedroom units and 37 no. 2 bedroom units) with balconies/terraces on the north, east, south and west elevations. Block B - 5 storey apartments block comprising 58 no. residential units (29 no. 1 bedroom units and 29 no. 2 bedroom units) with balconies/terraces on the north, east, south and west elevations. Block B will also comprise the 1 no. concierge office; 1 no. community room; and 1 no. childcare facility with ancillary outdoor play area, all of which will be at ground floor level; Block C - 6 storey apartment block comprising 30 no. residential units (6 no. 1 bedroom units and 24 no. 2 bedroom units) with balconies/terraces on the north and south elevations. Block D - 8 storey (part 6 and 7 storey) apartment block comprising 107 no. residential units (64 no. 1 bedroom units and 43 no. 2 bedroom units) with balconies/terraces on the north, east, south and west elevations; (c) associated elevation changes to Blocks A, B, C and D; (d) provision of additional amenity facilities including children's play and recreational area at basement level; (e) reduction in basement level car parking spaces from 249 no. spaces to 151 no. spaces; (f) increase in basement level bicycle parking spaces from 212 no. spaces to 348 no. spaces; (g) provision of new plant areas and refuse storage at basement level; and, (h) all associated engineering and site development works necessary to facilitate the development.
