A total of 62 dwellings are proposed in a mix of terraced houses, apartments and duplex units ranging in size from 1 – 3 bedrooms. The development involves the conservation and re-use of the two no. derelict protected structures on site. It is proposed to adapt and restore each of the structures on site.
