On a steep S-facing slope in grassland. Marked on 1st ed. of OS 6-inch map as a rectangular building (L c. 12m, Wth c. 6m) within a D-shaped enclosure. No visible surface trace survives. Description
On the crest of a ridge in undulating grassland. Poorly preserved circular rath (D 24.5m) defined by a bank and external fosse. The bank survives from NE to S and from W to N; elsewhere a scarp forms the enclosing element. Faint traces of the fosse are visible from NE to SW and from W to N. Several modern gaps and small quarries are present. There is a probable souterrain (GA086-192001-) in the interior and a house (GA086-194----) c. 100m to SSW. Description
In SW quadrant of a ringfort (GA086-192----). What is visible is a nettle-filled linear depression (L 6.6m, Wth 0.95m), up to 0.75m in depth, running ENE-WSW. Traces of stonework are visible intermittently along its sides and a large capstone-like slab delimits its ENE end. Just S of the latter, another slab is visible in a clump of overgrowth. The WSW end of the depression runs through a gap in the rath's bank. Some 4.3m W of it, outside the rath, is another large slab surrounded by a number of small stones. Description
On a hillock in grassland W of a stream. Subcircular ringfort (ENE-WSW 29m, NNW-SSE 25.8m), in fair condition, defined by a bank of earth and stone and external fosse. The bank survives from SSE through W to N; elsewhere a scarp forms the enclosing element. The fosse is visible from SE through S to SW. The monument has been quarried out at N and SSE. According to local tradition, there is a 'cave' (possible souterrain) within the interior of which no visible surface trace survives. On a hillock in grassland. Irregularly shaped rath (E-W 42.5m, N-S 24.7m), in fair condition, defined by a bank which survives from E through S to NNW, and elsewhere by a scarp. Quarrying has encroached upon the monument at NW. Either of two gaps at SE and SSW, though modern, could have given original access. There is a probable souterrain (GA080-189001-) in the interior.
