  Description

  In rolling grassland. Subcircular cashel (39.3m NE-SW; 36.3m NW-SE), in fair condition, defined by a drystone wall. Land-clearance operations have damaged the monument at SE and SW.   Description

  Associated with a cashel (GA096-060----). Evidence for this possible souterrain consists of a roof lintel, which was visible in the external wall-face of the cashel at SW. It was inaccessible at the time of the site inspection but some collapsed material was visible behind it. There is no visible surface trace of it within the interior of the cashel.   Description

  Single-arch limestone railway bridge, carrying road over Ennis Junction to Athenry railway line, built 1869. Snecked rock-faced rusticated limestone walls and piers, having recent rendered coping to rubble stone parapet walls. Ashlar soffit. Elliptical arch with rock-faced rusticated voussoirs. Slight batter to abutment walls.
